Split Payment Model for Website Design:

• Split payment: For website design projects, we require a 50% upfront payment to commence work. The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon completion of the website and prior to its launch.
• Payment Schedule: Your monthly retainer fee is due ON THE FIRST of each month.
• What the Retainer Covers: Your retainer covers the core services outlined in your agreed-upon package (e.g., X number of hours of administrative support, social media management, web design, etc.).
• All virtual assistant packages are priced based on the number of hours requested. Unused hours within a billing cycle will not be carried over or refunded.

Retainer: Website Management Services

For ongoing website support, we offer two convenient monthly options:

• Basic Website Management: $50 per month
  • This option typically includes essential tasks such as routine updates, security checks, and basic content adjustments.
• Enhanced Website Management: $100 per month
  • This option provides more comprehensive support, which may include more frequent updates, advanced security monitoring, minor design tweaks, and priority support.

Additional Services:

Similar to your other services, any work that falls outside of your selected website design project scope or monthly management plan will be billed separately.

  • Flat Fee:
    • 24/7 Support: $100 per month on top of the base package.
    • Urgent Request: $50 per urgent request (e.g., needing a document within 6 hours).
  • Tiered Pricing:
    • Priority: 
      • Guaranteed response within 24 hours.
      • Increased availability (e.g., availability during evenings/weekends).
      • Cost: 25% increase from selected package price.
    • Urgent: 
      • Guaranteed response within 6 hours.
      • On-call availability for urgent matters
      • Cost: 50% increase from selected package price.

At this time, Counts Virtual Assistant Services will receive all payments through Paypal.
