At Counts Virtual Assistant Services, we value transparency and strive to make our services as convenient as possible.

Retainer-Based Model for Administrative, Social Media Management, and Bookkeeping Services:

  • Monthly Retainer: To ensure consistent support and dedicated service, we operate on a monthly retainer basis.
  • Payment Schedule: Your monthly retainer fee is due on the first of each month.
  • What the Retainer Covers: Your retainer covers the core services outlined in your agreed-upon package (e.g., X number of hours of administrative support, social media management, web design, etc.).
  • All virtual assistant packages are priced based on the number of hours requested. Unused hours within a billing cycle will not be carried over or refunded.

Additional Services:

  • Billed Upon Completion: Any service(s) that fall outside of your standard monthly retainer (e.g., special projects, in-depth research, etc.) will be billed separately upon completion of the task.
  • Incorporated into Retainer: If you require ongoing support for an additional service, the cost of that service will be added to your next month's retainer fee.
  • Extra Services & Costs
    • Flat Fee:
      • 24/7 Support: $100 per month on top of the base package.
      • Urgent Request: $50 per urgent request (e.g., needing a document within 6 hours).
    • Tiered Pricing:
      • Priority: 
        • Guaranteed response within 24 hours.
        • Increased availability (e.g., availability during evenings/weekends).
        • Cost: 25% increase from selected package price.
      • Urgent: 
        • Guaranteed response within 6 hours.
        • On-call availability for urgent matters
        • Cost: 50% increase from selected package price.

 Payments:

At this time, Counts Virtual Assistant Services will receive all payments through Paypal.
